PREP COOK

• Follow recipes to create a consistent quality product

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Proper labeling and storing of food items

• Prep large quantities for the restaurant and catering

• Cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic food safety understanding and practice

• Knife skills are a plus

LINE COOK

• Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Practice proper food handling procedures

• Flat top, char grill, cutting block, expo, fryers.

• Bussing tables and taking out the trash

SERVERS

• Greeting customers

• Taking orders with knowledge of the menu

• Routine side work for shift (before and after)

Starting Pay: $2.13 per hour + extremely generous tips

MANAGER

• Hire, train and develop all restaurant staff.

• Create side work assignments and ensure completion with wait staff.

• Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.

• Maintain all reservation systems and book to accommodate business demands.

• Maintain schedules, payroll and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls and inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous restaurant experience

• Prior work as a manager or supervisor

• Success with customer service

• Training in food safety

• Ability to train and develop restaurant staff

• Experience with long shifts

• Availability to work a flexible schedule

• Sense of urgency required

Job Type: Full-time (overtime included)

Pay: $55,000+

CATERING TEAM MEMBER

Catering team member job duties include:

• Organizing and loading supplies

• Serving customers

• Cleaning up after each event

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus

• Team members should feel comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients

• Good hygiene, professional appearance, and a positive attitude are absolutely required

Job Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week depending on availability)

Pay Range: $10-$15/hour depending on experience
